Travelling for medical appointments can often be stressful, time consuming, and difficult.

• Transport to and from a dialysis unit three times a week requires commitment and travel can be overwhelming and often requires many strategies
• Dialysis patients need flexibility and dependability around transportation to and from treatment
• They need extra care and attention to their comfort and a safe, timely ride home

We Can Help

As a patient you can expect to be comfortable. We make sure you will be taken care of by highly trained, friendly and caring staff.

• We can be flexible with scheduled pick up if treatment goes over time
• We can coordinate qualified nursing staff or carers with getting ready for appointments and settling back in at home. This may include assistance with medication, personal or domestic care.
• Door-to-door service is available
• Sydney Care and Transport also accommodates support persons by providing seating in our vehicles

Our Unique Treatment and Therapy Care Transport Service

We’re here to support you when some one in your family lives with chronic illness or disability & has need of continual treatment or therapies.

Sydney Care and Transport is a unique service. We take the worry & time constraints from your day. We provide experienced carers and drivers who can transport our clients to & from appointments – also staying with them for the duration of the appointment. We can be there when you can’t, providing you and your loved ones with the care and support you all deserve.
Our drivers & carers all have current police & working with children checks along with excellent driving records.

What We Offer

• We can convey your child or family member from school or home to their appointment, with everything they need
• We can stay with them during the treatment or therapy and then take them back to school or home
• We can provide an audio or audio visual record of the session so you can track the progress of treatment
• We can accommodate support persons with a seat in our vehicles so they may come along too
• We can coordinate qualified nursing staff or carers with getting ready for appointments and settling back in at home . This may include assistance with medication , personal or domestic care.

Our Student Disability Transport Service

Sydney Care and Transport is a proud contractor of the Department of Education for the Assisted School Travel Program.

For more than a decade our experienced drivers ,within different vehicles categories, travel daily to all Sydney’s LGAs and transporting allocated students with disability to and from schools.
